Shipment

Shipping Orders:

Purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address!

We do not take address adjustments,

your order will be canceled & customer will have to reorder. We also do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

There is no shipping on weekends or holidays.

Order Processing: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and available at the salon. If being pre ordered and shipped to your home, allow an additional 2-4 business days.

Orders that will be picked up in the salon will need to be ordered in enough time of appointment and the option of “Shipped To Salon” at checkout.

 

Please keep in mind that we (Nirvana By Nelsa) are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, wrong scanned, delayed shipment, or error of mail associated with the shipping services (I.E. US Postal Services) once the order has been shipped. There will be no refunds for errors made by the shipping services.

Unclaimed mail that has been returned to sender can be re-shipped once returned to us from the shipping company. This can take anywhere from 15-60 days. Keep in mind that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
